Sumangali Properties Pvt Ltd  started in 2013 for creating affordable and quality housing in the southern parts of Chennai, where our knowledge and values are deeply rooted. Our  FAIR TRADE POLICY and
TRANSPARENCY were built upon several decades of practising agricultural activities in and around Medavakkam.

The name ‘Sumangali’ was first introduced in the year 1986 as a transportation company for supporting various agricultural activities, the construction industry and local businesses. After the 1990’s we developed several commercial complexes, residential houses and residential apartments. Having gained knowledge of the construction support activities, we ventured into the construction and promotion of Flats and Villas.

With the knowledge, values, support and trust we harvested over a period of time and with the invaluable inputs from our clients, we continue to evolve and grow as a responsible builder who values client trust and transparency in all our actions.
